I here below submit a short report of the activity of our Tribunal in 2009. I am happy to inform you that our Tribunal has concluded 40 cases (by nullity 37 cases, by abatement 01 case, and by suspension 02 cases) in 2009. As an appellate Court for the Tribunals of our Pondicherry & Cuddalore Province our Tribunal has issued the Decree of Ratification for 29 cases in 2009. I take this opportunity to thank our Archbishop for his support and you my dear Fathers for your kind cooperation.
